Delivery Partners

We ship using multiple courier services through a trusted logistics aggregator to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery based on your location.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. Tracking may show the courier's name, delivery status, and expected arrival.

If tracking hasn't updated within 72 hours, contact us at mail@hyumix.com.


Delivery Issues

  • Wrong Address / Missed Delivery Attempts:
    If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship the order after confirming details. Reshipping charges may apply.

  • Lost or Damaged Parcels:
    If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at mail@hyumix.com within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Include your order ID and unboxing video (for damaged items).

    • We will raise the issue with the courier and offer a resolution—replacement, credit, or refund—based on the investigation.


Remote Area Deliveries

In rare cases, if the courier doesn't service your area, we'll contact you to:

  • Arrange alternate delivery

  • Or cancel the order with a full refund


Delivery Confirmation

Once marked "delivered" by the courier, we consider the order fulfilled. If you didn't actually receive it, notify us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
