Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Return Window
We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 48 Hours from the time of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only applicable for:
- Damaged/Defective Items.
- Incorrect Items/Color/Size.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and Unworn.
- Original Packing and Tags Attached.
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at mail@hyumix.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A link to the required unboxing video (see below)
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or replacement, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This protects both you and us from fraud or misunderstandings.
The video must:
- Start with showing complete 360 of Sealed Package.
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Be recorded in one continuous take without cuts
- Clearly display the item and any issue
⚠️ No return request will be considered without this video.
Return Charges
No extra charges are applicable if the above requirements are fulfilled. Otherwise there is Rs. 120/- charge for booking return courier.
Exchanges
We do not directly process exchange requests. We request you to Initiate a full return and order the new items after the refund is settled.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We'll notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
