Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 48 Hours from the time of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only applicable for:

  1. Damaged/Defective Items.
  2. Incorrect Items/Color/Size.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Unused and Unworn.
  2. Original Packing and Tags Attached.
  3. Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Mandatory Unboxing Video.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at mail@hyumix.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. A link to the required unboxing video (see below)

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or replacement, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This protects both you and us from fraud or misunderstandings.

The video must:

  1. Start with showing complete 360 of Sealed Package.
  2. Clearly show the shipping label
  3. Be recorded in one continuous take without cuts
  4. Clearly display the item and any issue

⚠️ No return request will be considered without this video.

Return Charges

No extra charges are applicable if the above requirements are fulfilled. Otherwise there is Rs. 120/- charge for booking return courier. 

Exchanges

We do not directly process exchange requests. We request you to Initiate a full return and order the new items after the refund is settled.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. We'll notify you of approval or rejection
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
